You can view your team’s performance data for a specific date using a time-series chart.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_wfo_cfg_itsm.manager and sn_team_perf.team_performance_admin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > Workforce Optimization for ITSM > Manager Workspace.
  2. Select the teams icon.
  3. Select a team and drill down to a KPI, for example, Closed incidents.
  4. Point to the time-series chart.

    The chart shows the performance data for the selected date range. The time-series chart shows the specific date. You can view the data for any available date.

  5. Select the chart for the date.

    The KPI details page shows the selected date (date filter) in the same format as the date in the date range fields. For example, Filtered for: 2023-04-15. This page also shows the filtered data for that selected date. The following image shows the selected date and the corresponding data.

  6. Drill down further to a KPI, for example, P1.

    The details page shows the data for the selected date.

    Note:

    When you select a date on the time-series chart, the date range fields become inactive. You can close the date filter anytime to go back to the data filtered by the date range.

    You can close the date pill filter to go back to the data you want to see for the selected date range.
