Configuring accessibility features
To find documentation about accessibility features in ServiceNow products, see Product documentation for accessibility.
Depending on your setup and the applications that you're using, different accessibility options are available. Work with your admin or implementation partner to determine your accessibility configuration requirements.
Accessibility conformance reports
The terms voluntary product accessibility template (VPAT) and accessibility conformance report (ACR) are often used interchangeably. A VPAT is a globally recognized reporting format used to evaluate accessibility of a product or service. The Information Technology Industry Council (ITI) maintains four distinct templates that companies can use to develop ACRs. ServiceNow publishes conformance reports based on the international version of the VPAT, which incorporates Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), Revised Section 508, and European Union accessibility standards.
To view accessibility conformance reports (ACRs) for currently supported releases, see Accessibility conformance reports.

Assistive Technology
Screen readers are a type of assistive technology (AT) that convert digital content to audible speech or Braille. They are commonly used by people who are blind or have visual or cognitive impairments. Magnification software helps people enlarge content on their computer screen. This type of AT is commonly used by people with low-vision.
