    Advanced Work Assignment

    Agent Client Collector

    Agent Client Collector is available with activation of the Agent Client Collector Framework (sn_agent) and Agent Client Collector Monitoring (sn_itmon) plugins in an Event Management instance.

    Agile Development 2.0

    Agile Development 2.0 is available with activation of the Agile Development 2.0 plugin (com.snc.sdlc.agile.2.0). For details, see Activate Agile Development 2.0.

    The Agile Development 1.0 plugin (com.snc.sdlc.scrum.pp) is no longer available. If you are using Agile Development 1.0, upgrade to Agile Development 2.0 for enhanced agile capabilities.

    Analytics and Reporting Solution

    Analytics and Reporting Solutions are available from the All Applications list at System Definitions > Plugins. Some of these Analytics and Reporting Solutions are ServiceNow Store applications. Some individual dashboards mentioned here are included in the base functionality of an application and are not part of a separate Analytics and Reporting Solution. See the documentation for each entry in this topic for details.

    To use an Analytics and Reporting Solution that includes Performance Analytics functionality, you must have the appropriate Performance Analytics subscription. For details, see Available Analytics and Reporting Solutions.

    Application Management

    Application Management is a Now Platform feature that is active by default.

    Application Portfolio Management

    Application Portfolio Management is available with activation of the Application Portfolio Management plugin (com.snc.apm). For details, see Activate Application Portfolio Management.

    Assessments and Surveys

    Assessments and Surveys is a Now Platform feature that is active by default.

    Asset Management

    Asset Management is active by default with the Asset Management plugin (com.snc.asset_management).

    Audit Management

    Authentication

    Authentication is a Now Platform feature that is active by default.

    Automated Test Framework (ATF)

    Automated Test Framework is a Now Platform feature that is active by default.
    Note: By default, the system property that is used to run automated tests is disabled to prevent you from accidentally running these tests on a production system. To avoid data corruption or an outage, run tests only on development, test, and other non-production instances. See Enable or disable executing Automated Test Framework tests.

    To use the quick start tests for an application, activate the plugin that is associated with the application. See Available quick start tests by application or feature for plugin requirements.

    Benchmarks

    The Benchmarks application is available when you opt in to Benchmarks to participate in Benchmarks data collection. For details, see Enable Benchmarks.

    Business Continuity Management

    Install Business Continuity Management by requesting it from the ServiceNow Store.     Coaching

    Coaching is available with activation of the Coaching (com.sn_coaching) plugin. For details, see Request Coaching.

    Common Service Data Model

    The CSDM is a Now Platform® feature that is active by default.

    Communities

    Communities is only available for customers who are licensed for Customer Service Management. To activate Communities, activate the Customer Communities plugin (com.sn_customer_communities).

    Activate the Knowledge Management Service Portal plugin (com.snc.knowledge_serviceportal) so that you can enable knowledge harvesting.

    Use the Communities dashboard to activate the Performance Analytics - Content Pack - Communities plugin (com.snc.pa.communities).

    Configuration Compliance

    Configuration Compliance is available with a separate subscription from the ServiceNow Store. Download, install, and configure the application based on the needs of your organization. For details, see Install and configure Configuration Compliance.

    Configuration Management Database (CMDB)

    • Configuration Management (CMDB) (com.snc.cmdb) is a Now Platform feature that is active by default.
    • CMDB Workspace plugin (com.cmdb-workspace) is a Now Platform feature that is active by default.
    • Optionally, to use the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) quick start tests, activate the CMDB - ATF Tests (com.snc.cmdb.atf) plugin.

    Connect Support

    Connect Support is available with activation of the Connect Support plugin (com.glide.connect.support). For details, see Activate Connect Support.

    Connections and Credentials

However, these plugins aren’t available in Paris for new deployments.

    Financial Services Card Operations

      The Agile Development 1.0 plugin (com.snc.sdlc.scrum.pp) is no longer available. If you are using Agile Development 1.0, upgrade to Agile Development 2.0 for enhanced agile capabilities.

      Analytics and Reporting Solution

      Analytics and Reporting Solutions are available from the All Applications list at System Definitions > Plugins. Some of these Analytics and Reporting Solutions are ServiceNow Store applications.       Use the Communities dashboard to activate the Performance Analytics - Content Pack - Communities plugin (com.snc.pa.communities).

      Configuration Compliance
