    Evaluation methods used

    To make the interface accessible to users with disabilities, ServiceNow®ServiceNow includes features that support several specifications in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0.

    ServiceNow products are developed with the goal of adhering to the accessibility guidelines and principles which are set by the Section 508 Amendment to the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the WCAG 2.0 Level AA. The assistive technologies JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver are used to test ServiceNow products. The Paris WCAG 2.0 document describes accessibility features and limitations.

    This page details the level of accessibility support for the Paris release, according to the WCAG 2.0.

    Within the configuration panels, the Advanced Configuration control is marked up as a link, but that should be a button since the control opens a modal dialog.

    The details section of the Activity Stream page does not link the label and value of parameters.

    In the License Workbench, the information for "Right Allocations" is laid out visibly as a table or definition list. But programmatically, it is just generic divs and spans.
