    ITOM Health release notes

    ServiceNow® ITOM Health is an aggregation in the Orlando release, uniting the existing ServiceNow® Event Management and Operational Intelligence applications.

    ITOM Health is part of the Information Technology Operations Management. ServiceNow® IT Operations Management solutions, which help your organization enhance visibility into infrastructure and services, prevent service outages, and maximize operational agility.

    ITOM Health features

    Event Management
    Event Management helps you to identify health issues across the organization's IT infrastructure on a single management console. It provides alert aggregation for discovered services, application services, and automated alert groups. For information on new and changed features, refer to the Event Management release notes.
    Operational Intelligence
    Operational Intelligence provides the ability to capture and then explore and analyze operational metrics data, identifying and indicating anomalies. Operational Intelligence generates anomaly alerts that can be promoted to IT alerts and appear on the service health dashboard. You can leverage this analysis to prevent potential service outages. Other than several stability improvements, there are no changes to Operational Intelligence in the Orlando release.

    Activation information

    The subscription plugin is automatically activated when you activate the Event Management and Operational Intelligence plugins.

    ITOM Visibility
    The ServiceNow® ITOM Visibility product consists of ServiceNow® Discovery, ServiceNow® Service Mapping, Certificate Inventory and Management, Service Graph Connectors, Multisource CMDB, and Firewall Audits and Reporting. The Cloud Insights application, available in the ServiceNow Store, helps you to analyze the full range of costs associated with cloud assets so you can identify and take action on opportunities to save money and optimize operations.
