If you receive an email, mobile push
notification, or SMS notification to report your health status, you can update your
status from the message.
To receive mobile push notifications, you must have the Now® Mobile app.
Important: The mobile push capability cannot be used by
a US federal customer that is in the FedMod or FedRamp/IL4 (GCC) environment.

To reply to an email notification, select a response from the message and email
it.

To reply to a mobile push notification:

Tap the notification to open the message.

In the message, tap Check In.

On the Check In screen, provide your location and additional
comments.

Tap Status and then select a response.

To reply to an SMS notification:

Open the SMS message on your phone.

Reply with the number of your response.
After you reply to the notification, your response is sent
to you and your employer. A record for your response is also updated. Your personal
information is secure. Only the staff managing the health situation have access to your
response.
