How search works:
  • Punctuation and capital letters are ignored
  • Special characters like underscores (_) are removed
  • Known synonyms are applied
  • The most relevant topics (based on weighting and matching to search terms) are listed first in search results
Topics are ranked in search results by how closely they match your search terms
  • A match on the entire phrase you typed
  • A match on part of the phrase you typed
  • A match on ALL of the terms in the phrase you typed
  • A match on ANY of the terms in the phrase you typed

Note: Matches in titles are always highly ranked.

    Configure risk heatmaps

Within a risk assessment methodology, configure the heatmap visualization for the risk assessments for both inherent and residual assessments. This configuration allows customers to have different heatmaps for each risk assessment methodology.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_risk.admin

    About this task

Configure the heatmap using the prepackaged heatmap widgets. Map the configured heatmaps to a dashboard where the risk posture of the risk assessment methodology can be monitored.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to the dashboard where you want to configure the heatmap. For example, the Operational Risk Dashboard.
    2. In the upper-right corner, change the selected application from Global to GRC: Advanced Risk.
    3. To add widgets, click the plus icon in the upper right.
    4. From the Add Widgets list, select either Advanced inherent heatmap or Advanced residual heatmap to configure the inherent heatmap or the residual heatmap respectively.
    5. If you want to reuse the existing filter for the risk assessment methodology, select Interactive Filters from the Add Widgets list, select Reference and then select Risk Assessment Methodologies.
Alternatively, you can create your own filter on the risk assessment methodology table and add it on the dashboard tab.
The selected heatmap appears on the dashboard.
