Mobile experience for Incident Management

Manage incident tasks anywhere using the Incidents mobile application, which enables you to stay connected and access information in real time to complete tasks quickly.

As an ITSM agent or technician, you can use the mobile app when connected online to accomplish the following:
  • Access work assigned to you or your group
  • Add comments or work notes or reassign incidents
  • Receive push notifications for incidents assigned or commented on
  • Review group workload for incidents by priority and state
  • Approve or reject change requests, requests, and requested items

Activation information

The Incidents mobile application runs on the ServiceNow® mobile platform. You should activate the ITSM Mobile Experience (com.sn_itsm_mobile) plugin that enables the ITSM mobile application.
