How search works:
  • Punctuation and capital letters are ignored
  • Special characters like underscores (_) are removed
  • Known synonyms are applied
  • The most relevant topics (based on weighting and matching to search terms) are listed first in search results
Topics are ranked in search results by how closely they match your search terms
  • A match on the entire phrase you typed
  • A match on part of the phrase you typed
  • A match on ALL of the terms in the phrase you typed
  • A match on ANY of the terms in the phrase you typed

Note: Matches in titles are always highly ranked.

    Content Automation and Employee Service Center analytics

    Determine how engaged employees are with content you provide on the Employee Service Center or your portals and campaign content by using Content Analytics.

    Reports show page views, top page clicks, and views vs. clicks on specific campaign content.

    You have access to event-based analytic reports that measures engagement with:
    • Employee Service Center
      • Page views.
      • Top page clicks, downloads.
      • Notification activity, email opens and email clicks.
    • Campaign Content
      • Views vs. clicks on specific content
      • Top content interactions
    Note: After purging a campaign, the rolled up campaign data moves to the Analytics Statistic [sn_ca_analytics_stat] table. The source campaign data purges annually using auto flushes. This process ensures that database space does not fill up and campaign performance data is available after deletion.
    • Activate content analytics

      You can activate the Content Analytics [com.sn_content_analytics] if you have the admin role. This plugin includes demo data and activates related plugins if they are not already active.

    • Configure content analytics

      Use Tracking Profiles to configure your content analytics dashboards.

    • Set up Content Analytics tracking

      The Employee Service Center portal is already configured to use the default Tracking Profile for page and visit tracking when Content Analytics is installed. Also, all Content Delivery widgets are configured to log events when used with campaigns.

    • Out-of-the-box Performance Analytics Solutions for Content Analytics

      Out-of-the-box Performance Analytics Solutions contain preconfigured dashboards. These dashboards contain actionable data visualizations that help you improve your business processes and practices.
