You can activate the Conversational Messaging plugin (com.glide.messaging.awa) if you have the admin role.

Before you begin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > Advanced Work Assignment > Home.
  2. In the Available Plugins section, select Conversational Messaging.
    Note: If the plugin doesn’t appear in the Available Plugins section, try searching for the plugin using the search bar. You can search for the plugin by its name or ID. If you can’t find a plugin, you might have to request it from ServiceNow personnel.
  3. Select Install/Update All, and then in the Install dialog box, select Install.
    Note: When domain separation and delegated admin are enabled in an instance, the administrative user must be in the global domain. Otherwise, the following error appears: Application installation is unavailable because another operation is running: Plugin Activation for <plugin name>.
