Configure the My Requests module under Self-Service

Create request filters to configure incidents, requests, or tasks in the Self-Service > My Requests module.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Service Catalog > Catalog Administration > My Request Filter.
  2. Create a filter to configure the My Requests module.
    Field Description
    Short Description Short description of the filter.
    Active If set to true, the filter is active.
    Table Name Table on which the filter condition is applied.
    Filter Filter conditions to configure the My Requests module.
  3. Click Submit.
    Note: All the filters are ORed to get the list for the My Requests module.
