Request access to HR systems

The HR Account Access Request page allows you to request access to the HR systems available.

  1. Navigate to Self-Service > HR Service Portal.
  2. Under Browse HR Service Catalog, select HR Systems.
  3. Select HR Account Access Request.
  4. Review the knowledge articles that appear if desired. Otherwise, continue with the remaining steps.
  5. Open the form and complete the required information.
    Field Description
    Select the HR system for which you require access Click and select the HR system you are requesting access to.
    Specify the type of access you need and why you need it for each HR system selected Provide detailed information on why you need access to the requested HR system.
  6. To attach a document, click Add attachments.
  7. Browse to the documentation on your computer and click or double-click the form you want to attach.
  8. Click Submit.
