Set agent status from the desktop Field service agents can indicate their status from the desktop and let dispatchers know if they are ahead of schedule, behind schedule, or on time. Procedure Click your user name in the banner frame and then click Profile. Select the desired status in the On schedule field. On time Behind schedule, less than 30 minutes Behind schedule, between 30 to 60 minutes Behind schedule, more than an hour Ahead of schedule Click Update. The status is updated on the agent's User form. The dispatcher can see this status update in Central Dispatch.
