Schedule a job to compute application scores

Enable the Load Application Indicators and compute Application Scores scheduled job to regularly compute the application and indicator scores.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to System Definition > Scheduled Jobs.
  2. Find and select the Load Application Indicators and compute Application Score scheduled job.
  3. Fill in the form fields.

    Field Description
    Name Name to identify this scheduled script execution.
    Active Check box to activate the script at the scheduled date and time.
    Run The type of schedule to execute the script on. Choices are:
    • Daily
    • Weekly
    • Monthly
    Day If you select Weekly or Monthly from the Run list, then the Day field appears.
    • If Run is Weekly, the day of the week.
    • If Run is Monthly, the day of the month.
    Time Time at which the script is run, on a 24-hour clock.

    If Run is Weekly or Monthly, the value includes the time of day.

    Conditional If checked, the entity only executes if certain conditions are met.
    Run this script The script to run at the scheduled date and time.

    You need not edit the script.

  4. Right-click the form header and click Save.
  5. Click Execute Now. The job executes at the scheduled date and time.
