Access backlogs

When you access story, or release, or group backlog, it displays a list of stories included in the respective backlog.

About this task

Your role determines the items and actions available in a backlog. For example, a product owner can maintain and groom product backlog.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Agile Development > Backlog.
  2. Select one of the following:
    • All Stories: to display the list of all stories across all products and projects. From the story backlog, you can:
      • create stories in the backlog.
      • maintain and groom product backlog.
      • assign stories to a project, release, or a group.
      • rank stories in the list, and adjust story ranking.
    • Release Backlog: to display the list of the stories assigned to releases. From the release backlog, you can:
      • create stories in the backlog.
      • change release for stories
      • assign stories to assignment groups that are working in the release.
      • rank stories in the list, and adjust overall and product ranking.
    • Group Backlog: to display the list of the stories assigned to groups. You can overview group backlog during sprint planning. From the group backlog, you can:
      • create stories in the backlog.
      • overview group backlog during sprint planning.
      • rank stories in the list, and adjust group ranking.
