View the status of an onboarding request

From the HR Service Portal, you can view the status of an onboarding request using the HR ticket page.

From the HR Service Portal, scroll down to Open Cases and Requests or My To-dos, and select a Request Onboarding case.
The Case Lifecycle status icon definitions are:
  • Empty circle: Not yet started
  • Half circle filled in: Running activities
  • Check mark in circle: Completed
  • Exclamation point in circle: Error
