Complete a customer service satisfaction survey After accepting a proposed solution for a case, complete a customer service satisfaction survey. Before you beginWhen a customer accepts a proposed solution for a case by clicking Accept Solution on the case form, a satisfaction survey is displayed in the portal. The customer has the option of completing or skipping the survey. Either choice returns the customer to the list of cases on the self-service portal. To complete the survey: Procedure Answer each of the survey questions. Click Submit.
