Remove employee from the rota

You can remove members from the rota if they are no longer part of the organization or the on-call group.

To remove an employee from a rota:

Procedure

Select one of the following methods to remove an employee from a rota:

Modify rota member validity period From the on-call roster:
  1. Navigate to On-Call Scheduling > My Group Schedules.
  2. Select the rota from which to remove the member.
  3. Select the roster from the list of rosters within the rota.
  4. From the members list in the roster, select the rota member that you want to remove from the rota.
  5. Click the information icon next to the selected name.
  6. Enter the date from which you want the member to be removed in the To field.
  7. Click Update to save the change and remove the member from the roster from the selected date.
Delete rota member record
Caution: If you delete the member record, the deleted member rotation history is removed and the rotation history of other members are affected.

From the on-call roster:

  1. Navigate to On-Call Scheduling > My Group Schedules.
  2. Select the rota from which to remove the member.
  3. Select the roster from the list of rosters within the rota.
  4. Select the rota member that you want to remove from the rota.
  5. Click Edit to open the edit the list of members on the roster.
  6. Select the name of the member to be removed from the Members List slushbucket and move it to the Collection list.
  7. Click Save to remove the member from the member list and return to the roster.
