Teamspace features

Teamspaces incorporate several features from the Project, Idea, and Demand applications.

After you activate the teamspace plugin, the system creates a teamspace application in the navigation menu. Many of the modules that exist in the Project, Idea, and Demand applications are also in your teamspace application.

Application Functionality available
Idea Creating and viewing ideas.
  • Using the demand roadmap and workbench.
  • Creating and viewing demands.
  • Creating and viewing demand stakeholders.
  • Using the project CIO roadmap and workbench.
  • Creating and viewing projects and project tasks.
  • Using project templates.
  • Creating and view portfolios.
  • Configuring project properties.
By default, these features are not included in a teamspace application:
  • Template configuration
  • Workbench configuration
  • The portfolio overview and CIO roadmap
  • Demand assessments

However, you can add modules to the teamspace application through the teamspace settings.
