Create a work order for a case

A customer service agent can create a work order for a case.

Before you begin

sn_customerservice_agent, sn_customerservice_manager, or admin

About this task

After a work order is created, it appears in the Work Orders related list on the case form. The case number is also referenced on the work order.


  1. Open the case.
  2. From the Work Orders related list, click New.
  3. Fill in the fields on the Work Order form .
  4. Click Update.
