Add a question

You can add a question using the service workspace.

  1. Use one of these methods to add a question:

    Use the Types tab

    Click the Types tab and select the cell for the question type you want to add.

    Use the new question of the same type button (+) Click the add a new question of the same type button (+) on an existing question.
  2. Drag the question to the location where it should appear on the catalog item.
  3. Click the question to edit the question properties.
  4. Enter the question text and other relevant values.
    Note: A question may not be both Read-only and Mandatory.
  5. Click Save.
    Note: You can remove an existing question by clicking the delete this question button (X).
