As an operational risk manager, if you opt to use the classic risk assessment to assess the risks in your organization, you can view the risk heatmap to get an overview of the risk posture for your organization.

A risk heatmap is a data visualization tool that is used for communicating the specific risks that threaten an organization. A risk heatmap is considered a critical component of enterprise risk management because it helps to identify risks that need more attention.

To view the operational risk heatmaps, ensure that you activate the GRC Risk Management (sn_risk) plugin. When you click any tile of the heatmap, you can view the risk records and see the entity, the risk statement, the owning group, the owner and the calculated scores.
