Paste content into the body of a knowledge article without copying the content formatting.

Before you begin

Open the knowledge article in which you want to use the HTML editor.

About this task

You can also use the HTML editor when creating or editing a knowledge article using the Knowledge Management application in the ServiceNow AI Platform interface or in Agent Workspace. Procedure

  1. Copy your text from a content source.
  2. Click the paste as text icon (Paste as text icon) on the HTML toolbar.
  3. In the Article body section, place your cursor at the point where you want to paste the content, right-click, and select Paste from the context menu.
