The ServiceNow® Now Assist for Financial Services Operations (FSO) application brings generative AI to Financial Services Operations. By creating summaries of the card disputes and insurance claims from the case records, agents can quickly view the key details. Now Assist for FSO is a new application in the Xanadu release.

Now Assist for FSO highlights for the Xanadu release

  • Use the case summarization skill for card dispute cases and insurance claims.
  • Parse complex information and highlight the key details so that your agents make informed decisions about the transaction records, merchant communications for disputes, and the incident details for insurance claims.
  • Reduce the need for multiple handoffs in dispute and claim management for consistency and faster resolutions.
  • Automate case summaries and reallocate the resources that were performing manual tasks to more critical areas, such as more complex case analysis.

See Now Assist for Financial Services Operations (FSO) for more information.

Important: Now Assist for FSO is available in the ServiceNow Store. For details, see the "Activation information" section of these release notes.
