Configurable SLA Definitions for Reg E and Reg Z
Configure SLA definitions for Reg E and Reg Z to enable dispute agents to manage cases efficiently and enable managers to monitor progress and take timely actions.
Enhancements to dispute manager and dispute agent landing pages
Modified the existing tabs Debit card disputes cases and Credit card cases under incorrect billing with SLA breached and SLA at risk on both the disputes manager and dispute agent landing pages.
