Update your in-office days as exceptions

As an employee, use the presence dashboard to update your in-office days without changing your routine.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_wsd_core.workplace_user

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the employee presence dashboard.
    For more information, see the steps mentioned here.
  2. Navigate to the day that you want to update.
    • Use the navigation arrows to change the day or week of the calendar.

    • Navigate to the current day by selecting the date link.
  3. From the drop-down list of the calendar card, select one of the following options.
    • Select Remote to change your presence to remote.
    • Select In-office to change your presence to your assigned office.
    • Select Visit another office to change your presence to an office different from your assigned office, and then select the office that you’ll visit.
    An exception is automatically created for the selected day and your presence is updated.
  4. (Optional) Select Make a reservation to reserve a space for the day you're visiting the office.
