The ServiceNow® Dispute Rules Content Pack for Visa application enables issuers to effortlessly access Visa card network rules for initiating and investigating card dispute cases. Dispute Rules Content Pack for Visa was enhanced and updated in the Washington DC release.
Dispute Rules Content Pack for Visa highlights for the Washington DC release
- Update the dispute questionnaire data model by including questionnaire tables. This new structure more accurately reflects the structure and format of VROL (Visa Resolve Online).
- Refine chargeback eligibility rules to apply to all regions in addition to the US.

New in the Washington DC release
- Data model updates
- Dispute questionnaire tables are available to support responses to the VROL questionnaire.
- Decision tables
- Implemented decision tables to display the correct questionnaire form based on the selected dispute category and to determine the correct reason code.
UI changes
- Dispute case playbook
- Updated the activity and button labels in the Initiate playbook for a dispute case.
Changed in this release
- Dispute case playbook
- The dispute questionnaire now presents questions based on the selected dispute category. As the questionnaire is filled out, the questionnaire view displays new questions based on the answers provided.
Removed in this release
- The VROL questionnaire decision tree has been removed. We have introduced the Visa Dispute Questionnaire [sn_bom_visa_cp_visa_dispute_questionnaire] table to reflect the format of the VROL questionnaire more accurately. Refer to Components installed with the Dispute Rules Content Pack for Visa plugin for more information.

Install Dispute Rules Content Pack for Visa by requesting it from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the ServiceNow Store website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store.
