To remove the integration of Apple Messages for Business with your ServiceNow® instance, you need to log in to your Apple Messages for Business account, and then unlink your Apple Messages for Business partner account from your ServiceNow® instance.

Before you begin

  • Role required: admin

Procedure

  1. Go to Apple Messages for Business (register.apple.com).
  2. Click Messages for Business Accounts to go to your business account.
  3. Select the Business Account that you want to unlink from your ServiceNow® instance.
  4. Click Test your Messaging Service Provider connection, and Connect.
    You are redirected to your Now Support portal. Log in if necessary.
  5. On the Remove Apple Messages for Business Account connection page, click Delete connection.
    A new tab opens to confirm you want to remove the connection.
  6. Click Remove connection.
  7. Upon successful deletion, you are redirected to your the instance homepage and shown this message: “Business account registration was successfully deleted."
