Manage your Conversational Integration with Workplace from Facebook application, its branding, and customize the bot-specific messages in your ServiceNow instance after integration.

Before you begin

Roles required:
  • virtual_agent_admin and external_app_install_admin or admin
  • Administrator for third-party applications

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > Conversational Interfaces > Settings.
  2. In General Settings under Channels and integrations, click View All.
  3. On the Channels and integrations screen, in the Workplace tile, click Manage.
    When you click Manage, you are redirected to the Manage Workplace channel page where you can manage the bots.
  4. Click the Manage Bot icon and select Manage Virtual Agent.The Manage Virtual Agent option displays on the Manage bot menu for the Workplace channel.
    You are redirected to the Bot Messages page where you can create and edit a bot message. For more information, see Create bot messages.
