Set up the transforms that your custom chat integration needs to communicate through the chat process.

Before you begin

Create and configure a scripted REST API for your custom chat integration.

Note: All action messages relevant to the chat client are displayed to requesters during live agent conversations.

Role required: admin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the All > Process Automation > Flow Designer.
  2. Click the Actions tab.
  3. Create the actions you require to complete the conversational custom chat integration.
