Use system parameters to configure some of the Conversational Analytics Dashboard.

Use the following system parameters to reconfigure Conversational Analytics Dashboard functionality. You must have the role, Chat Analytics Admin.

Functionality System parameter Description
Debug sn_ci_analytics.logging.verbosity Set this parameter to "debug" to see the debug logs for conversational analytics. The setting makes the logs verbose with debug information.
Reasons sn_ci_analytics.ca.reason_max Sets the maximum length of reason strings. The default is 1000 characters.
Conversational analytics on actionable notifications sn_ci_analytics.ca.allow_broadcast Set this parameter to "True" to include notification-initiated conversational data for Virtual Agent analytics.

Notification-initiated conversational data is processed prospectively, that is, from the time this parameter is set to "True".
