Use system parameters to configure some of the Conversational Analytics Dashboard.
Use the following system parameters to reconfigure Conversational Analytics Dashboard functionality. You must have the role, Chat Analytics Admin.
Functionality | System parameter | Description |
---|---|---|
Debug | sn_ci_analytics.logging.verbosity | Set this parameter to "debug" to see the debug logs for conversational analytics. The setting makes the logs verbose with debug information. |
Reasons | sn_ci_analytics.ca.reason_max | Sets the maximum length of reason strings. The default is 1000 characters. |
Conversational analytics on actionable notifications | sn_ci_analytics.ca.allow_broadcast | Set this parameter to "True" to include notification-initiated conversational data for
Virtual Agent analytics. Notification-initiated conversational data is processed prospectively, that is, from the time this parameter is set to "True". |
