You can create a question that uses choice lists from a template.
Before you begin
Role required: admin or survey_admin
Procedure

Select a predefined scale from the list.
Question entry fields appear for that template. -
Enter one or more questions that are appropriate for the template.

Click the arrow to the right of a question to configure its properties.
You must provide a name for each question.
