The Survey application uses the following roles.

No role is required to take assigned survey questionnaires.

Create and administer surveys. Survey administrators know what types of surveys are necessary, when to send a survey, and to whom. Survey administrators can use all modules in the Survey application menu.

View surveys and related information, such as survey responses, survey groups, scorecards, and reports. none
Survey creator

Create a survey and assign it to the user who can take the survey and submit it.
Note: A survey creator can also create assessments.
