Table Description
Agent initiated messaging configuration [sn_agent_initiated_msg_config] Extends the application file. Base table for all service channel configurations for composing agent-initiated messages.

Plugins installed

Plugin Description
Conversational Messaging (com.glide.messaging.awa Enables messaging actions that are performed when an event occurs.

ServiceNow Store applications installed

Application Description
Agent Messaging Component Contains UI components for composing agent-initiated messages.
