Several types of components are installed with installation of the Agent-Initiated Messaging Interface application, including tables, plugins, and ServiceNow Store applications.

Tables installed

Agent initiated messaging configuration [sn_agent_initiated_msg_config] | Extends the application file. Base table for all service channel configurations for composing agent-initiated messages. |
Plugins installed
