Manage tasks in a Major Security Incident

The Task tab enables you to track and manage all the tasks associated with a major security incident from the MSIM workspace. You can view the various tasks using the default Visual Task Board (Kanban view) or the List view.
- Create a task
- Modify tasks
- View and assign tasks to self or others
- Delete tasks
- Visual Task Board (Kanban view):
View and update multiple task records, which appear as cards on the Visual Task Board that can be moved between lanes based on the status of the tasks in the major security incident.

- List view:
View and update multiple task records using in the form of lists. Using these list categories and filters, you can quickly find and track the tasks you need to work on in a major security incident.
The labeled activities are summarized and displayed in the Overview section of the major security incident. A trend chart graph is available on the Overview section to view the consolidated task activities state.

- Unlink records from Major Security Incident
Using the Major Security Incident Management workspace, unlink the major security incident records from the Linked Records section.
- Track collaboration activity via MSIM workspace
Track chat and file activities related to resolving major security incidents through the MSIM Workspace.
- Create and distribute MSIM Status Reports
As a Major Security Incident manager, you can create and distribute the different status reports to different stakeholders at various intervals based on the configured report template or a previous status report throughout the course of the major security incident resolution.
