Industrial Process Manager

  • The Site Users menu item that contained the ISA Entity Site Users [isa_entity_site_user] table was removed from the Equipment Model - ISA module on the Now Platform.

Operational Technology Manager

  • The New button on the All OT Assets by IP Address list view on the Manufacturing Workspace was removed.
  • The IP Address column from the All OT Assets list view on the Manufacturing Workspace was removed.
  • The following system properties were removed from the Service Graph Connector for Operational Technology (Excel):
    • sn_otsm_sgc.excel.nested.columns.max.level
    • sn_otsm_sgc.excel.nested.column.delimitter
  • The name validations for the OT devices that are classed as control modules in the SG OT Excel Stagings [sg_ot_excel_staging] table was removed.
  • The Name attribute was removed from the OT Control Module identification rules.
  • The ability to manually create Network Intrusion Detection System (NIDS) class records was removed.
  • Control modules are no longer shown in any list view except under OT Control Systems with Modules.

Portfolio Planning

  • The filter condition builder in the side panel of the Roadmap tab has been removed.
  • The column-level filters in the List and Hierarchy views of the Prioritization tab have been removed.

Process Automation Designer

  • Side panel modals have been removed. Instead, use the Show additional options button to see all additional properties of an activity or stage.

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Hub

Strategic Planning

  • The filter condition builder in the side panel of the Roadmap tab has been removed.
  • Column-level filters in the List and Hierarchy views of the Prioritization tab have been removed.

User Experience Analytics

  • The following table has been migrated in the Vancouver family release:
    • m2m_user_consent_info.list is now found in sys_analytics_user_consent_decision.list.

Virtual Agent

  • The Message previews card has been removed from All > Conversational Interfaces > Settings > General.
  • The What is the reason AI is collecting inputs from the user? field was removed from the Input Collector control in Virtual Agent Designer.
  • The Additional instructions for LLM field was removed from all LLM-enabled user input controls in Virtual Agent Designer.

Workforce Optimization for ITSM

The following fields have been removed from the Event Types form:
  • Manager Access
  • Allow Agent Create
  • Allow Agent Edit
  • Allow Agent Delete
Access control for event types is now performed by using User Criteria. If you upgrade to Vancouver, the existing access settings are preserved.
