AI Search

AI Search supports international languages. For details of language support by feature, see Internationalization support for AI Search.

Decision Builder

The Localization Framework is integrated in Decision Builder. However, because the Edit in Excel feature doesn’t support localization, you cannot use this feature in any instance that doesn't use English.

Document Intelligence

Document Intelligence added support for documents in Czech, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, and Swedish. For more details, see Hard limits in Document Intelligence.

Generative AI Controller

OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Cloud, and Aleph Alpha have various levels of proficiency in over 40 languages, including English, Spanish, French, Arabic, Chinese, and Japanese. Prompts that are written in a non-English language may not return responses in that same language.

ITSM Virtual Agent

The Localization Framework is integrated in ServiceNow® Virtual Agent Designer.

Now Assist

Now Assist is currently available for English only.
