Accessibility information
Accessibility improvements for the ServiceNow Mobile Platform include the following updates:
- Define the length of time that a banner notification is displayed at the top of your screen. This option provides you with sufficient time to read a message before it disappears, and for the screen reader to read out the entire message.
- Alternative text can be added to buttons defined as icon type. This change enables screen reader support for button icon alternative texts.
- Redefined screen reading order for mobile cards.
- Indoor Mapping pattern support. End users can enable the map accessibility toggle. When this toggle is enabled, the map uses patterns instead of colors to identify locations.
- Within the calendar screen, improved performance for text readout, text resizing, and focus order.
