The ServiceNow® Skills Intelligence application enables companies to support the growth of their employees by connecting the company’s career architecture and employee's skills. Skills Intelligence is a new application in the Vancouver release.
Skills Intelligence highlights for the Vancouver release
- Build a customized career architecture by loading existing role data and employee data from the company in a predefined format.
- View, add, and edit skills and related information in a central place to enable insights into skills, career planning, and employee growth.
- Determine required and optional skills needed to perform a role. Recommend skills based on user's profile. Map related Role Levels within a Role Group and across Role Groups.
- Provide suggestions to select roles and skills proficiencies and recommend learning courses to enable employee growth in their flow of work using Proactive Prompts.
- Identify growth areas and help advance employee careers using Talent Development Core.

- Support proactive engagement in the flow of work, prompting employees to update skills-related information to drive skills adoption.
Activation information
Install Skills Intelligence by requesting it from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the ServiceNow Store website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store. Additional requirements
Proactive Prompts(2.0.0) is required for a multi-channel prompts experience.
