The ServiceNow® Task Intelligence Admin Console application enables you to create, train, and deploy machine learning models to automate task creation, triage, and investigation. Task Intelligence Admin Console was enhanced and updated in the Vancouver release.
Task Intelligence Admin Console highlights for the Vancouver release
- Use Task Intelligence Admin Console with Task Intelligence for ITSM to predict field values on incident records such as category, priority, and assignment group.
- Predict fields on the Interactions table, with optional attachments.
- Create auto-trained models for field value prediction if you install Task Intelligence for the first time starting in Vancouver.
- Configure landing pages for different contexts.
- Monitor the accuracy of your model's performance on a per-field basis to see if the accuracy is changing over time. Accuracy is measured based on whether the top autofilled value or the top three recommendations are correct.
See Task Intelligence for more information.
New in the Vancouver release
- Define your purpose page
- With the new Define your purpose page, you can control table configurations and setup for your field value prediction models.
- Warning if creating a new model that predicts the same fields as existing model
- When creating or editing a model, a warning is shown when categorization models predict the same field as another model. Two models predicting the same field could overwrite each other.
- Optional attachments
- You can add information gathered from email and chat attachments to train your model.
UI changes
- Separate landing and monitoring pages are available for ITSM and CSM
- Monitoring graphs show different model performance rates depending on the context, so not all models are included in calculations seen on the admin page.
- Customer Service Management language removed
- Verbiage for help and on-screen text no longer refers only to Cases as support for IT Service Management increases.
Changed in this release
- Template form updates
- Templates no longer refer only to Cases as support for IT Service Management increases.
- New Define your purpose page
- The new Define your purpose page enables you to configure tables and optional attachments for training your model.
- Added input and output field types for categorization
- Added Boolean, HTML, and Reference type fields as input or Boolean outputs to the model during training.
- Monitor field accuracy over time
Monitor the accuracy of your model's performance on a per-field basis to see if the accuracy is changing over time. Accuracy is measured based on whether the top autofilled value or the top three recommendations are correct.
This enables you to make decisions around retraining, changing the model inputs, or even removing the output field if the performance degrades significantly.
