If you're an existing customer using the Service Portal (sp) portal for employee self-service use cases, we recommend that you migrate to the Employee Center (esc) portal for a better experience.
Enable the My Requests menu that uses the My Requests (my-requests-v2) widget for an upgrade scenario.
Before you begin

Procedure
- Navigate to .
- Select a portal.
- Next to the Main menu field, click Preview this record and open the record.
- In the Menu items related list, perform the following steps.
- Navigate to .
- For the My Request page route map, set Active as true.
- Click Update.
