Activate the page route map for the standard ticket page

If you're an existing customer using the Service Portal (sp) portal for employee self-service use cases, we recommend that you migrate to the Employee Center (esc) portal for a better experience.
If you have upgraded your instance, redirect the ticket page to standard_ticket page in Service Portal and view requests on the standard ticket page.
Before you begin
Role required: admin or sp_admin
Procedure
- Navigate to .
- Select Standard Ticket Route.
- Select the Active check box.
- Click Update.
