Resolve all gaps and conflicts for the shifts in your group.

Before you begin

Role required: rota_manager

Procedure

  1. Open the ITSM Mobile Agent app and tap My team.
  2. On the On-call Schedule tab, tap Gaps and conflicts.
    A list of all the gaps and conflicts for the shifts in your group is displayed.
  3. Tap any day of the month to view all gaps and conflicts for the shifts on that day.
  4. Tap a shift card to view gaps and conflicts for the shift.
  5. Swipe a shift card to the left and tap Provide coverage to provide or replace coverage, delete coverage, and manage a shift.
  6. On the Gaps and conflicts form, tap Provide coverage to manage the coverage for a gap in the shift.
