The Event and Alert Processing dashboard uses Performance Analytics to provide real-time visibility into events and alerts in Event Management.
Prerequisites
- Ensure that the Event Management application is installed.
- Activate the daily job, [PA EM] Daily Data Collection, to enable collection of daily Event Management data:
- Navigate to .
- Select [PA EM] Daily Data Collection.
- Set to Active.
- Run the historical job, [PA EM] Historic Data Collection, once to enable partial collection of historical Event Management data:
- Navigate to .
- Select [PA EM] Historic Data Collection.
- Select Execute Now.

- evt_mgmt_admin
- evt_mgmt_operator

To open the dashboard, use one of the following methods:

Use cases

evt_mgmt_operator or admin | Views the dashboard and details of the records contained in it to visualize and track events, alerts, trends, outcomes and the most impacted Configuration Items in your organization. |
