Delete a template notification

The Vancouver release is no longer supported. As such, the product documentation and release notes are provided for informational purposes only, and will not be updated.
Deleting a template notification prevents new service categories from using the notification, but does not delete notifications for service categories that have already been created.
- Navigate to .
- Select a notification record.
- Click Delete.
- Click OK to confirm.
