Request apps on the Store

Spoke actions

The UCF spoke provides actions to automate UCF tasks when events occur in ServiceNow. Available actions include:

Content Record Management Get Authority Documents Retrieves authority documents that are downloaded from the UCF Common Controls Hub.
Get Citation Control Objective Mapping Retrieves the Citation and Control objective mapping information.
Get Citation Documents Retrieves the citations that are downloaded from the UCF Common Controls Hub.
Get Control Objective Documents Retrieves the citation to controls that are downloaded from the UCF Common Controls Hub.
Metadata Retrieval Get Authority Document List Retrieves the current user's authority document lists.

Connection and credential alias requirements

Integration Hub uses aliases to manage connection and credential information. Using an alias eliminates the need to configure multiple credentials and connection information profiles when using multiple environments. If the connection or credential information changes, you don't need to update any actions that use the connection. For more information, see Connections and Credentials.
