Configure experience status mapping for playbook status mapping.
Before you begin
Role required: playbook_experience.admin
Procedure
- Navigate to All > Playbook Experience > Playbook Experiences and select a playbook experience.
- Select Status Mapping.
- Click New.

On the form, fill in the fields.
Table 1. Playbook Experience Status Mapping form Field Description Experience Status Table Which Experience Status Table this mapping is for Experience Status Field Which choice field on the table contains the Experience Status value Order Order of precedence for multiple mapping records on the same table Active Check box that activates or deactivates the status-mapping table. - Click Submit.
- Select the Experience Status to Activity State tab.
- Click New.

On the form, fill in the fields.

Playbook Experience Status to Activity State Map Field Description Experience Status Record Value Choose an Experience Status to map to a Playbook Activity State Activity Card Value Choose a corresponding Playbook Activity State to display in a card for the given Experience Status - Click Submit.
- Repeat steps 7 through 9 until all values have been added for every possible Experience Status.
- Select the Activity State to Experience Status tab.
- Click New.

- Repeat steps 12 through 14 until all values have been added for every possible Activity State.
