Complete the change task that in turn helps in resolving the associated change.
Before you begin
Role required: itil or admin
Procedure
- Open a change.
- From the Change tasks tab, open the required change task.

To find and work on records that help in quick resolution of the change task,
perform the following actions.

From the contextual side panel, click the agent assist icon (
).
- Search for a resource and perform the required action.

To delete the change task, Click the more actions icon (
) and select Delete.
