Set up outbound integration between your ServiceNow instance and Amazon SQS (Simple Queue Service). The integration enables automation of actions in Amazon SQS when an event occurs on your ServiceNow instance. For example, you can automate actions such as creating a standard queue or sending a message to a queue.
Before you begin
- Request an Integration Hub subscription.
- Activate the Amazon SQS spoke.
- Ensure that you have access to the Amazon Web Services (AWS) account to create access keys and secure access keys.
- Role required: admin
