    Advanced Risk

    Ensure that you have the GRC Profiles (com.sn_grc) plugin and the Risk Management (com.sn_risk) plugin activated.

    App Engine Studio

    Setting up App Engine Studio requires at least one production instance and two non-production instances. For more information, see Configuring App Engine Studio.

    Audit Management

    Install GRC: Advanced Core, GRC: Audit Management, and ServiceNow®GRC:Advanced Risk by requesting it from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the ServiceNow Store website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store. For cumulative release notes information for all released apps, see the ServiceNow Store version history release notes.

    Contact Tracing

    To use Contact Tracing, you also need a few other apps:
    • ServiceNow®Employee Readiness Core
    • Emergency Exposure Management
    • ServiceNow®Performance Analytics Premium
    • Scoped Application Restricted Caller Access (plugin)
    • Emergency Outreach (for Kinexon SafeZone integration)
    • Workplace Safety Management (optional)

    To add wearable devices assigned to users, the wearable device data is stored in the Wearable Technology [cmdb_ci_wearable] table. The table is installed with the CMDB CI Class Models application available in the ServiceNow Store. Ensure that you have the CMDB CI Class Models application installed and active. For more information, see CMDB CI Class Models.

    To create an Emergency Outreach notification, the Emergency Outreach application must be installed and active.

    To use ServiceNow®Virtual Agent with SMS, your organization must:
    • Have a Twilio account and phone number.
    • Install the Virtual Agent plugin (com.glide.cs.chatbot).
    • Set up the Conversational SMS Integration with Twilio application (sn_va_sms_twilio). For more information, see Set up the Conversational SMS Integration with Twilio.
    The following requirements must be fulfilled for users to complete Exposure Case Task Surveys via SMS:
    • Your organization must install and set up Virtual Agent for use with SMS.
    • To receive SMS messages for Contact Tracing, users must have a mobile phone number listed on their user record [sys_user]. Mobile numbers must be in E.164 format. For example, +18585551212.
    • Privacy consent for Contact Tracing must be configured before users can reply to SMS messages. For instructions and more information, see Setting up data privacy consent settings for Contact Tracing.
    • Users must agree to the privacy consent before they can respond to the survey.

    To add a potentially exposed contact's vaccination status to a contact tracing visualization, the Vaccination Status application must be installed and configured. For more information, see Vaccination Status.

    Emergency Exposure Management

    If you want to identify possibly exposed users by querying meetings, Microsoft Office 365 is required. You must register and configure Microsoft applications to work with Emergency Exposure Management. For details, see Set up Emergency Exposure Management.

    To use tracing systems not installed with Emergency Exposure Management, you must activate the following apps and configure the corresponding data source:
    • Contact Tracing
    • Workplace Safety Management
    • Field Service Management

    Emergency Outreach

    To use the Safe Workplace audience feature, the Employee Readiness Core plugin is required. The Request PPE response script requires the ServiceNow®Workplace PPE Inventory Management application. The Request PPE response script is not active by default and must be manually activated.

    To receive mobile push notifications, users must have the Now® Mobile app installed on their phones. For more information, see Now Mobile app.

    You can send SMS notifications for Outreach acknowledgements and daily health verifications. You must have the Notify plugin and Notify-Twilio Direct driver enabled to be able to send SMS notifications.

    Employee Health Screening

    To use Employee Health Screening, you also need a few other apps:
    • ServiceNow®Employee Readiness Core 1.0.3 and later
    • Now® Mobile (optional)

    Employee Readiness Core

    Upgrading to version 1.1.0 and later of Employee Readiness Core requires the following plugins:
    • ServiceNow IntegrationHub Runtime (com.glide.hub.integration.runtime)
    • Flow Designer Action Step - Payload Builder (com.glide.hub.action_step.payload)
    • ServiceNow IntegrationHub Action Step - REST (com.glide.hub.action_step.rest)
    To use the Employee Health and Safety Status feature, you also need a few other apps:
    • Employee Readiness Core
    • Employee Health Screening
    • ServiceNow®Emergency Outreach (optional)
    • Now® Mobile (optional)
    Additional Safe Workplace and Emergency Response Management apps can be installed to track additional requirements.

    To synchronize data between the Employee Readiness Core and Workplace Visitor Management applications, the Workplace Visitor Management application must be installed. For more information, see Install Workplace Visitor Management.

    Employee Readiness Surveys

    To use Employee Readiness Surveys, you also need a few other apps:
    • Emergency Outreach version 1.0.8 or higher
    • Employee Readiness Core version 1.0.3 or higher
    • Now® Mobile (optional)

    Employee Travel Safety

    To use the Employee Travel Safety application, you also need the following apps:
    • ServiceNow®Employee Readiness Core
    • ServiceNow®COVID-19 Global Health Data Set

    Enterprise Employee Experience Pack

    To access and use Enterprise Employee Experience Pack, you must have the following plugins:
    • Human Resources Scoped App: Lifecycle Events for Enterprise (com.sn_hr_lifecycle_ent)
    • Knowledge Management Advanced Installer (com.snc.knowledge_advanced.installer)
    The following plugins are activated automatically:
